FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped for free. The delivery standard is approximately 5 - 15 days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery dates may vary.

All shipping charges must be prepaid; we will not ship any products under a freight collect basis.
Please be aware that all delivery times are estimates and can be subject to delays due to weather conditions, postal delays, or other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee delivery dates and cannot be held responsible for delays.
We expressly disclaim all guarantees of exact delivery dates. Dates provided are estimates only.
Insurance on shipments is not provided by default and is available only upon request and at additional cost to the customer.
Deliveries may require a signature for receipt, ensuring packages are not left unattended.
Order cancellation requests after dispatch will not be accepted under any circumstances.
We are not liable for any delivery delays once the goods have been handed to the carrier. Our responsibility ends when the product leaves our warehouse.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Grounding of Sweden is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Grounding of Sweden reserves the right to select the carrier and change the method of shipping, irrespective of any preferences expressed by the customer, without prior notification.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded immediately. Customers must first receive their purchase and then initiate a return if desired. Please be aware that the cost of return shipping must be covered by the customer. This ensures that each item is returned securely and arrives in suitable condition for processing.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@groundingofsweden.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
